1 cup couscous (whole wheat or regular)
1-1/2 cups water
1 roasted garlic bulb, peeled and chopped
1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- Pour couscous and water into a glass microwave safe bowl.
- Cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix chopped garlic and oil.
- Fluff with a fork and mix garlic oil into couscous, stirring well.
