Artichoke Dip
Whip up a fantastic tasting dip anytime. This artichoke dip is quick to make with just 4 ingredients. If you don't have aioli you can use 1 or 2 cloves minced garlic or click here to view my homemade aioli recipe.
2 ( 14 ounce cans) artichokes. drained and chopped
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
2 tablespoon aioli
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese |
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Spoon artichoke dip into a baking dish, bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with crackers, bread slices or vegetable platter.
