Asparagus with Parmesan
A quick, easy asparagus recipe that goes with just about any meal.
1 pound asparagus, trimmed
1/4 cup shallots, chopped 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese |
- Heat oil over medium heat.
- Saute onion and garlic about 3 minutes.
- Add asparagus, cook until tender. (about 10 minutes)
- Top with Parmesan cheese, heat until melted.
