Asparagus
This is a fresh tasting quick to make asparagus side dish.
1 tablespoon olive oil
2-3 cloves chopped garlic |
1 bunch asparagus, bottom ends trimmed
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the oil, swirling around to coat the pan.
- Saute the garlic about 1 minute then add the asparagus spears.
- Cover and cook about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Asparagus should be tender bout not wilted.)
- Remove from heat and add the lemon juice.
