Baked Breaded Fish serves 4

A quick, easy recipe that is wonderful for any favorite white fish.
4 (4 ounce) fish
3/4 cup Panko bread crumbs 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon parsley 1/4 teaspoon each thyme and oregano 1 egg |
- Pre-heat oven to 500°F. Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- In shallow bowl combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, thyme and oregano; mix well.
- In another shallow bowl, beat egg well.
- Coat fish in egg mixture, then coat fish with bread crumb mixture.
- Place fish in prepared pan.
- Lightly spray fish with cooking oil.
- Bake at 500°F for about 10 to 15 or until fish flakes easily with fork.
