Baked Wild Rice
An appetizing easy and very nutritious side dish wild rice and barley meld nicely together they both have a nutty flavor.
Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
1/4 cup wild rice
1/2 cup barley
1 small chopped onion
2-3 cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place all ingredients in a 9x9 rimmed baking dish mixing well.
- Cover the dish with a cover or foil.
- Bake 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender but chewy.
