Barbecued Cabbage
serves 4

Easy, healthy cabbage side dish with great flavor.

1/2 head green cabbage, cut into wedges
1 onion, cut into 1/8ths
1/2 tablespoon butter, cut into 6 cubes
3 cloves minced garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  1. Place cabbage, onion, butter, garlic and soy sauce on foil, completely wrap to fully enclose all ingredients.
  2. Barbecue 40 minutes with indirect heat. (You could cook in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.)
