Bean Burritos serves 4

Bean Burritos
Delicious and loaded with fiber, these burritos are easy to make for a quick lunch or dinner. 

4 tortillas (wheat, spinach or white), 6-inch diameter
14.4 ounce can refried beans
4 ounces cheddar cheese
salsa to taste
  1. Warm tortillas over medium heat.
  2. Equally divide refried, cheese and salsa down the center of each tortilla.
  3. Fold one end in and roll the tortilla.
  4. Warm the rolled tortillas over medium heat until beans are warm and cheese is melted.
