We all hear the word portion size, but most of us do not know the correct portion size of any food. The best way to put the right amount of food on your plate is to measure or weigh it. I know it sounds like a lot of work, but actually it doesn't take long before you can eyeball how much of any particular food is close enough to the proper portion.
