Blueberry Smoothie
Smoothies make nutritional breakfasts and snacks as long as there are not too many extra ingredients. This is both fabulous and filling and would be just as good using strawberries, blackberries, bananas, peaches or any combination.

1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt 1/2 cup low-fat milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup blueberries (frozen is fine) 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
