Blueberry Smoothie
Smoothies make nutritional breakfasts and snacks as long as there are not too many extra ingredients. This is both fabulous and filling and would be just as good using strawberries, blackberries, bananas, peaches or any combination.
Ingredients:
1 medium banana
1/2 cup unsweetened plant based milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries (frozen is fine)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.
