Boneless Chicken Breasts with Garlic
Delectable, moist chicken breasts with a hint of garlic and Parmesan cheese. Marinating the chicken breasts in milk makes them really tender so don't skip this step.
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice 3-4 cloves minced garlic |
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup Panko plain breadcrumbs 4 chicken breasts, skin and bones removed |
- Pour the milk and lemon juice in a small bowl, stir to mix well.
- Pour mixture over chicken and marinate at least 20 minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine garlic, Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium sized dish, mix well.
- Drain chicken then dredge with the cheese/breadcrumb mixture.
- Place chicken in shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until no longer pink and juices run clear.
