Broiled Tomatoes
These broiled fresh tomatoes and garlic are heavenly and couldn't be easier, just broil until tender.
2 medium tomatoes
1 clove minced garlic 1/2 teaspoon olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (optional) |
- Cut tomatoes in half. Place cut side up on a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over cut tomatoes.
- Sprinkle garlic over top of tomatoes.
- Broil for 4-6 minutes. Tomatoes should be tender.
