Chicken Tenders
Moist, crunchy, and nicely flavored chicken tenders your children will love.
2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned, and cut into strips
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano 1 tablespoon melted unsalted butter |
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, oregano, and garlic powder.
- Place melted butter in small, shallow bowl.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the melted butter, then coat each piece with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place each piece onto the prepared baking dish. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until done.
- (Cooking time may take a bit longer depending on chicken thickness and oven calibration.)
