Picture
These tasty crackers are much more like cookies. You can serve these treats as a dessert or snack.

4 whole graham crackers
1/3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips or 2 ounce cube almond bark

  1. Carefully break each graham cracker along the perforation, giving you 16 crackers.
  2. Melt chocolate in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. Carefully dip each graham cracker into the hot chocolate. (You can also use a butter knife to spread the chocolate over the graham crackers.
  4. Allow to cool on a sheet of wax paper.
  5. Place crackers in freezer bag and seal.
  6. Freeze chocolate covered graham crackers until ready to eat.
  • Crackers can be eaten at room temperature but the chocolate may melt.
