Cilantro Vinaigrette
This dressing is just spicy enough to leave you wanting more. Like most vinaigrettes it makes a great marinade too.
2 tablespoons each, lemon juice and lime juice
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/4 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon honey 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves, chopped |
- Place all ingredients in food processor and mix well. (You can use a blender or place all ingredients in a jar, close tightly and shake well.
