Easy Pork Chops
serves 4

Saute spice-rubbed pork chops for an easy quick delicious meal. 

4 pork chops
2 tablespoons +1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
  1. In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon olive oil with the cumin, chili, garlic, and onion powders.
  2. Rub the spices into the pork chops.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. When pan is hot heat the 2 tablespoons olive oil into the hot pan.
  4. Cook pork chops 5 minutes per side (or until nicely browned.)
  5. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to medium. Cook pork chops about 5-7 more minutes, or until done.
