If you don't care for typical breakfast fare this smoothie is a great way to start your day.
1/2 cup non-fat Greek plain yogurt
6 ounces orange juice 1 banana 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit (any type berries, pineapple, mango, strawberries, melons, peaches are all good choices) 1 tablespoon flaxseed |
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
