4 bone-in pork chops
1 sliced onion
1 sliced apple
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup cranberry juice (no-sugar added)
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degree.
- Arrange pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Top with onion slices, apple slices, garlic and cranberry juice.
- Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
- Bake covered for 45-50 minutes or until done.
