- Carefully peel the skin off the kiwi and discard the skin
- Slice kiwi from end to end, so you can see the seeds in the middle of each slice.
- Gently slice off just the hard edges (spine) of the starfruit, making sure to keep most of this part intact or you won't have a star shape.
