- For the most flavor marinate the pork loin overnight.
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1 pound pork loin
- Mix all ingredients, except pork in a small bowl.
- Place pork in a shallow baking dish, pour marinade over pork, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Roast pork uncovered for 40-45 minutes. (Thermometer should read 160 degrees.)
