2 racks of baby back ribs
Your favorite barbecue sauce
- Cut each rack of ribs into ½ racks.
- Boil them for 30 minutes at a brisk boil. Remove, rinse and let cool for a few minutes.
- Grill indirect with cover on over medium heat add hickory chips.
- Add more chips after about 10 minutes and recover. After 5 minutes baste entire ½ racks with your favorite barbecue sauce.
