Fingerling Potatoes
Fingerling potatoes are tender and sweet. These are simple and beautifully flavored. They will go with almost anything.
12-16 ounces fingerling potatoes
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley |
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place potatoes, oil, garlic, and parsley in a baking dish, mixing well.
- Cook for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
