Baked Fish with Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon

Baked Fish with Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon
This fish recipe would be a great recipe for any fresh fish. It makes a moist, flavorful fish. It's not only easy to make it's also easy to clean up.

1 pound fresh fish
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine
fresh ground pepper to taste

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking dish with foil, leaving enough foil to wrap up around and enclose the fish.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, and the lemon juice.
  4. Place the fish inside the foil, and top with the garlic/rosemary mixture.
  5. Close foil around fish and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Open foil, pour the wine over the top of the fish, add the fresh ground pepper, and bake uncovered for about 10-15 more minutes. (Check fish for doneness.)
