Baked Fish with Garlic, Rosemary and Lemon
This fish recipe would be a great recipe for any fresh fish. It makes a moist, flavorful fish. It's not only easy to make it's also easy to clean up.
1 pound fresh fish
1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine fresh ground pepper to taste |
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking dish with foil, leaving enough foil to wrap up around and enclose the fish.
- In a small bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, and the lemon juice.
- Place the fish inside the foil, and top with the garlic/rosemary mixture.
- Close foil around fish and bake for 30 minutes.
- Open foil, pour the wine over the top of the fish, add the fresh ground pepper, and bake uncovered for about 10-15 more minutes. (Check fish for doneness.)
