Fresh from the garden sweet peas are delectable served with a little butter, garlic and onion.

1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 chopped onion
2 cups shelled fresh peas
  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-low heat.
  2. Saute garlic and onion until tender.
  3. Add peas, siring until tender, serve warm.
