This is an easy flavorful fried rice recipe.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup diced carrots
4 green onions, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts
3 cups cooked rice
3 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce

Directions:
- Heat large skillet or wok over medium high heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon sesame oil to skillet. Stir fry peas, and carrots. Cook 2-3 minutes.
- Add green onions and water chestnuts. Cook 1 minute.
- Add rice and soy sauce, mixing thoroughly.
