Garlic Herb Slow Cooked Pork

Garlic Herb Slow Cooked Pork
Flavorsome and easy pork chops are slow cooked all day to make them mouthwateringly tender.

4 pork chops
1/4 cup chopped onions
3-4 cloves chopped garlic
1-1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
1 tablespoon each chopped fresh basil, marjoram and parsley
  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook 6-8 hours on the low setting. If you happen to be around flip the pork chops over halfway through cooking to allow both sides to soak in the garlic/herb sauce.
