Ginger Honey Shrimp
Grilled succulent shrimp in a very flavorful sauce. This is easy and quick, great as an appetizer or main dish.
1 pound shrimp, unpeeled
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce |
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or plastic sealable bag.
- Marinate 30 minutes or longer.
- Place shrimp along with juices in aluminum pan. Arrange in single layer.
- Grill over direct heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not over cook.
- Make sure to remind guests to peel shrimp before eating.
- You may broil these in the oven if you don't have access to a grill.
