Ginger Honey Shrimp
Grilled succulent shrimp in a very flavorful sauce. This is easy and quick, great as an appetizer or main dish.

1 pound shrimp, unpeeled
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon white wine
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl or plastic sealable bag.
  2. Marinate 30 minutes or longer.
  3. Place shrimp along with juices in aluminum pan. Arrange in single layer.
  4. Grill over direct heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Do not over cook.
  5. Make sure to remind guests to peel shrimp before eating.
  • You may broil these in the oven if you don't have access to a grill.
