1 pound green beans, trimmed
2 tablespoons chopped shallots
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped garlic

  1. Cut green beans into bite sized pieces. Lightly coat the green beans with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
  2. Roast green beans in pre-heated 450° oven for about 15 minutes.
  3. Mix shallots, vinegar, garlic and oil in a medium size bowl.
  4. Toss green beans with dressing and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
