Green Onion Salad Dressing

Green Onion Salad Dressing
Cool, creamy Green Onion Salad Dressing is delicious on salad greens as well as a vegetable dip. 

1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 tablespoon Champagne vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
2 tablespoons non-fat plain Greek style yogurt
  1. In a blender, mix green onions, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
  2. Using a rubber spatula scoop the dressing out of the blender into a small bowl.
  3. Mix yogurt into green onion mixture, stir well.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to use.
