Grilled Herb Chicken
This aromatic herb sauce is a great alternative to using barbecue or teriyaki sauce.
3 tablespoons olive oil
1-1/2 tablespoons minced onions 3 cloves minced garlic 1 tablespoon each chopped, fresh thyme and rosemary 1/2 tablespoon each chopped, sage and oregano |
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, mix the oil, onions, garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano. Do not bring to boil.
- Place the chicken breast with the skin side up in a shallow baking dish. Pour marinade over chicken.
- At this point you may cover and refrigerate the chicken. (Can be refrigerated over night.)
- Grill indirectly turning chicken over 1/2 way. Cook until done, about 30-45 minutes depending on size
