Ham and Cheese Quiche
This is a mouthwatering, delectable way to use leftover ham. Serve this colorful crustless quiche any time of day. 

6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

1 cup grated cheddar cheese (3 ounces)
1 cup cubed cooked ham (4 ounces)
1/2 cup chopped tomato
    1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Coat a 9-inch pie pan with cooking spray.
    3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    4. Pour egg mixture, into prepared pie pan.
    5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until cooked.
