Herb Baked Pork Chops

Herb Baked Pork Chops
Flavorful and tender pork chops seasoned with fresh herbs and so easy to make, especially for a weeknight meal.

4 pork chops with bone
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped thyme
 
1/2 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
2 cloves minced garlic
  1. Place pork chops in a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, thyme, rosemary, and garlic.
  3. Pour the mixed herbs and oil over the pork chops. (You may refrigerate until ready to use.)
  4. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Bake covered for 45 minutes or until thermometer reads 160 degrees.
