Honey Mustard Chicken Thighs
As delicious as it looks! This is an amazingly easy recipe that both your children and your guests will love. It is fabulously tender and has such a wonderful taste.
6 chicken thighs
1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup honey |
1/4 cup mustard
1 teaspoon curry (or to taste) |
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry. Place in a shallow baking dish.
- In a small bowl combine melted butter, honey, mustard and curry.
- Pour sauce over chicken thighs, cover, and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
- Uncover chicken and bake for another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
