Easy Breakfast Burritos

J&M Breakfast Burritos
This breakfast is delicious and quick. It's great for serving along with fruit on a week day. The kids will love it and you'll know they are getting off to a great start with a nutritious breakfast.
Ingredients:
14 ounces firm tofu, drained
1/4 cup Nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
salt and pepper to taste
4 flour tortillas (whole wheat preferred)

Directions:
- Crumble tofu into a small bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon water to a large skillet, heat over medium heat.
- Add all of the ingredients, string until heated through.
- Warm the tortillas over medium heat on a separate skillet. (You may also heat them in a microwave oven.)
- Arrange 1/4 of the tofu mixture down the middle of each warmed tortilla. Fold one end in and roll up like a burrito.
