Lemon Yogurt
Rich creamy yogurt with a bright lemon flavor. Forget buying the lemon chiffon flavored yogurt at the store and make your own lemon curd! Homemade lemon curd and homemade granola both keep for a few weeks, so you can make this fresh each morning for breakfast or a snack.

2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt
4 tablespoon lemon curd
2 tablespoons granola (optional)
  1. Spoon 1/2 cup yogurt into one of four serving bowls.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon lemon curd on top of yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle with granola.
