For a great start to your day, try this refreshing and satisfying shake for breakfast.

1 mango, peeled and diced
1 peach (or 1/2 cup frozen slices)
1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup non fat plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)
  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
