For a festive meal, serve this delightful salsa with chicken, fish or seafood.

1 mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice (about 1 lime)
lime zest from 1 lime
