Marinated Teriyaki Pork Loin
This teriyaki pork loin recipe is hassle free to make yet elegant enough to serve to guests. Be sure to marinate the pork loin overnight for the best teriyaki flavors.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
1 pound pork loin
  1. Mix all ingredients, except pork in a small bowl.
  2. Place pork in a shallow baking dish, pour marinade over pork, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Roast pork uncovered for 40-45 minutes. (Thermometer should read 160 degrees.)
