Minted Watermelon
This watermelon salad is very refreshing on a hot summer day. Serve it cold as a snack, side dish or as a dessert.
4 cups cubed watermelon
4 tablespoon chopped fresh mint |
- In a large bowl, mix watermelon and mint. Chill before serving.
- To change it up, you can substitute the fresh mint with a sprinkling of fresh minced ginger.
