No Guilt Hollandaise Sauce
Eat your favorite vegetables and egg dishes using this awesome guilt free, low calorie, low fat sauce.
1/4 cup light vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup non-fat plain vegan yogurt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- In a small saucepan over medium heat combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, mustard and red pepper. Heat until warm, stirring often.
