Orange Ginger Mahi Mahi serves 4

4-4 ounce mahi mahi fillets
1 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
2 cloves garlic, crushed and chopped
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil

  1. Mix honey, orange juice, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and sesame seed oil on a small bowl.
  2. Arrange fish, skin side down, in a glass baking dish. 
  3. Pour marinade over fish and marinate 30 minutes or more.
  4. Bake fish with marinade in a 350° for 15-20 minutes. (You can also grill or pan fry the fish. Make sure you heat the sauce to serve alon)
