Oven Roasted Corn
This is a great alternative cooking method when you can't use the grill.
4 fresh ears of corn
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Gently peel the husks back being careful not to remove them from the cob.
- Remove the silk from the corn, arrange the husks back over the corn cobs.
- Place corn cobs directly on oven rack. (Rack should be in the middle of the oven.)
- Cook 25-30 minutes, or until corn is tender.
