Oven Roasted Potato Wedges

Oven Roasted Potato Wedges
Tasty, healthy oven roasted french fries. A wise alternative to fried potatoes.

3 potatoes 
1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cut each potato into 16 wedges.
  3. Place potatoes into a medium bowl.
  4. Add all other ingredients, mix very well coating each potato wedge.
  5. Place potatoes on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake 45 minutes, turning 1/2 way.
