Oven Roasted Potato Wedges
Tasty, healthy oven roasted french fries. A wise alternative to fried potatoes.
Ingredients:
3 potatoes
1 tablespoon olive or canola oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 potatoes

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cut each potato into 16 wedges.
- Place potatoes into a medium bowl.
- Add all other ingredients, mix very well coating each potato wedge.
- Place potatoes on baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
- Bake 45 minutes, turning 1/2 way.
