Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs
Perfectly hard boiled eggs every time. Boil some extras and keep them in the refrigerator for a quick snack.

  1. Place eggs in a saucepan.
  2. Fill saucepan with just enough cold water to cover the eggs.
  3. Heat saucepan over high heat until water begins to boil.
  4. Allow eggs to boil for 3-4 minutes, turn off heat, cover and let eggs sit for 10 minutes on the warm burner.
  5. Carefully drain the hot water and refill pan with cold water, allow eggs to sit for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Drain water, crack egg on countertop (or other hard surface), rinse under cool water and peel shell.
