Poached Eggs

Poaching eggs scares some people so they shy away from making thinks like Eggs Benedict. Poaching an eggs is easier than you think, give it a try following these easy directions.

8 eggs
1 teaspoon rice vinegar (optional)
    1. Add enough water to a large skillet to fill halfway. Bring to a simmer, not a full boil.
    2. Add rice vinegar, this helps the egg hold it's shape. (This step is optional.)
    3. Crack the eggshell and pour the egg into a measuring cup. 
    4. Place the egg right at the water level and gently pour the egg into the simmering water.
    5. Repeat until all eggs are in the water. Poach eggs uncovered for 3-5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
