These potatoes taste amazing and they make a beautiful presentation.

4 medium potatoes
2 tablespoons melted butter
freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and thinly slice potatoes.
  3. Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  4. Starting in the middle of the plate, evenly layer potatoes in a circular design.
  5. Pour melted butter over potatoes, sprinkle with pepper.
  6. Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and slightly crisp, about 45-50 minutes.
