Roasted Broccoli
Roasting is a great way to serve broccoli. This recipe uses sesame oil instead of olive oil for an uncommon and interesting flavor.
1 pound broccoli, cut up
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil 1 clove minced garlic 1/4 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese (optional) |
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a medium size bowl, mix broccoli, sesame oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese.
- Place broccoli mixture in the prepared baking dish.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes.
