Roasted Brussels Sprouts are simply delicious.
1 pound Brussels sprouts
1 tablespoon olive oil |
- Pre-heat oven to 400°.
- Trim ends off Brussels sprouts. Cut each sprout in half.
- Coat sprouts with olive oil.
- Arrange sprouts on baking sheet, cook for about 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
- Brussels sprouts should be slightly brown when done.
- Lightly salt if desired.
