Roasted Garlic Couscous
With its beautiful golden color, this couscous is both a treat for the eye as well as the taste buds. Follow any of the methods of roasting garlic in Becky's Tips.
Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1-1/2 cups water
1 roasted garlic bulb, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup couscous

Directions:
- Pour couscous and water into a glass microwave safe bowl.
- Cook on high for 3-1/2 minutes.
- In a small bowl mix chopped garlic and oil.
- Fluff with a fork and mix garlic oil into couscous, stirring well.
