Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
Make your own great tasting hummus at home. This is so easy and tastes better than store bought.
1 (15 ounce) can reduced sodium garbanzo beans, drain reserving the liquid
1 roasted red bell pepper, peeled and seeded 1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons tahini
4+ tablespoons reserved liquid from garbanzo beans |
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add more reserved liquid as needed for a smooth consistency.
- You can substitute dry beans using one of the cooking methods here.
